Packaging firm snaps up Leeds shed

National packaging company Fenton Packaging has taken the speculatively built Unit 1 warehouse at Kinetic 45, situated in the heart of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone in West Yorkshire.

The company has agreed a 15-year lease on the 60,240 sq ft facility owned by asset manager Wesleyan, and enables the business to relocate and expand.

Joint agents CBRE and LSH acted on behalf of Wesleyan, who purchased the warehouse in December 2020. Knight Frank acted for Fenton Packaging.
