Nottingham mid box scheme given green light

A 40,000s q ft Mid box scheme on the former Crosland Filters site on Glaisdale Drive East, Bilborough has been given the go ahead by Nottingham City Council.

Planning has been given for the redevelopment of the site to provide two new 20,000 sq ft industrial units, which are available individually or could be combined to create a single larger unit of 40,000 sq ft.

The site has been disused since the former Crosland Filters’ buildings were demolished in 2007.

Joint agents are Salloway Property Consultants and JLL.
