Maersk rearranges finance and IT
Maersk is changing the areas of finance, transformation, IT and digital from one function into two. The first will be a fully focussed finance function, and the second is focuses on IT, strategy, digital and transformation.
The IT function will report directly into the company’s CEO Søren Skou.
Consequently, the current chief finance, strategy and transformation officer and registered director, Jakob Stausholm has decided to leave AP Moller – Maersk.
“I have had the pleasure of working closely with Jakob for more than six years and I have always valued Jakob’s enthusiasm and support. Jakob inspires as well as challenges the organisation. Jakob has led the first part of our digital transformation and has done a great job in driving our strategy and managing the CFO-areas,” said Skou.
