Englmayer reduces transit time of Night Star Express to Czech Republic
Overnight express provider Night Star Express meets strong CEE-demand with accelerated delivery in the Czech Republic
German overnight express provider Night Star Express offers its customers shorter transit times for shipments to the Czech Republic from October 7, 2013. Most of the postal code areas will be supplied with day express services before 10 am., 12 am. and 4 pm. Deliveries to remote regions arrives on C day.
This improvement results from changing the scheduled services from the main hub operations in Hünfeld near Fulda, used for transhipment of national and international shipments. In addition this change allows offering customer-individual delivery services by overnight express. “Delivery is handled by the Austrian franchisee the Englmayer forwarding company, who has a wide network of locations in East Europe, and delivers shipments from its location in Prague throughout the Czech Republic“, the company informs in a press release.
„Improving the transit time we follow our growth strategy on European scale. Having integrated Austria, Switzerland and Benelux via franchisees into our system during the past years, we are taking a major step towards East Europe through this solution“, says Matthias Hohmann, managing director Night Star Express. “On East European relations we have lately been registering an increasing demand of our customers, which we will meet by providing attractive, customer-individual transport solutions for shipments to the Czech Republic.
