Conzept Containerhandel implements major project for ORF

Conzept Containerhandel sets up three container villages for 310 employees of the Austrian television broadcaster ORF in Vienna
 
The Conzept Containerhandel company is implementing a major project on behalf of the Austrian television broadcaster ORF at their headquarters address Vienna Küniglberg. Three container villages will be built from 383 container modules. After completion of the renovation works the 310 employees of ORF will move into the then fully air conditioned building again.
 
Following a phase of intensive planning with the master of the construction works, Conzept Containerhandel GmbH started setting up three container villages on 27 June. The reason for this project are the necessary renovation works in the existing ORF centre. The master of the works demanded that the existing infrastructure must be taken into consideration for the construction of the container villages, in order to keep short the employees’ ways between the ORF-divisions. Completion and handover of these three container villages to ORF is scheduled for a record construction time of twelve weeks.
 
Conzept Containerhandel GmbH based in Salzburg, with a depot in Steindorf Nord, plans and delivers container facilities of any size, as turnkey projects. The company sees itself as a specialist for container acquisition, leasing, renting and repair. Their program covers sea containers, refrigerated containers, storage containers, office containers, living containers and tyre containers.
