Anaplan partners with Tofoo as vegan-driven sales go through the roof

Tofu brand Tofoo has chosen Anaplan after an explosion of sales as consumers increasingly adopt a more ethical lifestyle. 

The retailer has seen increasing interest from customers as plant-based diets become more common, and chose Anaplan re-imagine its supply chain process.

Utilising Anaplan’s demand planning platform, Tofoo automated its demand forecast model allowing accurate forecasting three to five years out.

Planning became multi-dimensional, involving more stakeholders, and the ability to quickly introduce new products became easy.

Andy Proud, Head of Demand and Supply, Tofoo said: “As our customers continue to drive demand for the product, we recognised a need for a more robust and consolidated approach to our supply chain to ensure the products meets stores in a timely manner. With Anaplan, we hope to stay even further ahead of the demand.
