Henry Boot completes Doncaster scheme
Henry Boot Developments has completed its 20-acre Thorne Park scheme in Doncaster.
The final plot of land has been acquired in a freehold sale by franchisee company, QFM Group, which operates brands such as Costa Coffee, KFC, Taco Bell and Anytime Fitness.
Thorne Park is development of over 150,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space at Junction 6 of the M18.
Henry Boot director Vivienne Clements said: “This final land sale completes what has proven a very successful scheme, involving the transformation of a brownfield site into the thriving mixed-use development it is today.”
